CSC Fiduciaries, Inc. is delighted to announce that Lindsay Freeman has officially joined our fiduciary staff as a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary. She will be working alongside our founder, Janice Kittredge, and will be added to cases as part of our growing team.

Lindsay first joined CSC Fiduciaries in 2024 as a part-time Care Manager while pursuing her fiduciary license, which she proudly earned in July 2025. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to enhancing the lives of older adults and supporting families through the challenges of complex care needs and life transitions.

Lindsay brings to her role:

·        A Bachelor’s degree in International Business Finance from San Francisco State University.

·        A Master’s in Healthcare Administration and Leadership.

·        Over 22 years of experience in the senior care industry, spanning assisted living, memory care, home care, and care management.

Her career began as an Activities Director in a memory care and assisted living facility, where she discovered her passion for supporting older adults, especially those living with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Over the years, Lindsay has developed expertise in individualized care planning, client advocacy, and care coordination across a variety of care settings.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lindsay is a proud mother of three and an avid runner with a love for half marathons. She is also deeply engaged in her community, volunteering as a youth soccer coach, serving on the swim team board, and staying actively involved in her children’s school activities.

We are thrilled to have Lindsay’s compassion, experience, and leadership on our fiduciary team, and we know our clients will benefit greatly from her care and expertise.
